At this current time, I only do retexture commissions. No models, FBXs, Substance nor Blender files will be provided.

Please do have a reference sheet, moodboard or ideas ready when contacting me for a commission. This is to ensure a smoother process. If you have a reference, do remember to make sure you also have the rights to said reference.

I do not give out substance painter files unless arranged prior to commission start.

I can upload your avatar for you for an extra cost (€5).

Finished commissions will be sent through e-mail.

Do not claim ownership of my textures, please give credit where due!

Use the texture on public avatars

Use or replicate the texture for commercial purposes

Share the texture files

Make usage of the design for commercial purposes (marketing, merchandising, …)

Use texture on custom and premade models owned by commissioners

Waiting times on a commission can vary depending on complexity and nature of commission. The commissioners will be given regular updates during the whole process of their commission.

I do not work with strict deadlines. Please inform me if you are wanting your commission done during a certain time period.

Every commission will be priced in EUR.

I require full payment upfront unless another alternative has been discussed prior to commission start.

Refunds are not available as this is a digital product and considered completed once payment has been issued. Should the commission need to be cancelled, a full or partial refund may be given depending on completion, those will be treated on a case by case basis

Commissioners are required to provide an email for the invoicing.

At commission start, the commissioner will be provided with two emails :

One containing the Paypal invoice for payment

One containing a quote with a full breakdown of the commission from the model to additional asset work as well as a copy of my TOS.

After completion, the commissioners will receive a ZIP file containing the following elements :

A folder including 1096 x 4096 pxl PNG files of your texture

A unity package containing drag & drop materials for your model

Falsified contact details or refusal to share contact details for payment

Payment chargebacks be it on Radioactive Creation’s Store, commissions invoices or Paypal. Should the chargeback concern an original design made by me, design rights will be forfeited by the commissioner and returned to me.

Ripping or stealing my work.

Leaking & sharing textures.

Falsely claiming ownership of my texture work.

If merchant sites detects your purchase as fraudulent.

If you have been found blacklisted by others creators with proof of serious breaches of their own TOS or any illegal activities that do not involve my TOS.

I retain the right to refuse or cancel any commission. No abusive behaviour will be tolerated. Cancellations will be handled on a case by case basis as stated in section 4.

I retain the intellectual rights to post my texture work onto social media (I will however always ask prior to doing so and will respect the commissioners preferences).

In cases involving a commercial license, rights to that license will solely remain with the licensee and cannot be transferred to another individual.
