By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. A breach of these rules may result in a blacklist from my commissions.

I reserve the right to decline/refuse a commission.

For the time being, I only do retexture for VRC models and asset setups. Minor blender work (such as adding a tail and/or ears to an avatar) is reserved to friends and mutuals since I am still learning.

Reference Sheets are not needed, but highly encouraged (I will ask you for specific designs or other references to make a mood board/reference board).

If you are getting a “full custom” texture from me, you give me full artistic liberty on the design of the texture. I can do minor changes (ex : slight color changes or detail adjustments) but I won’t modify the entire design. Please consider another type of commission if you have a clear idea of your design in mind.

Proof of ownership will be required for every model/asset that will be worked on.

I don’t share SPP files.

I will not share the unity files unless arranged prior to me starting the commission.

DO NOT share/resell my work unless arranged prior to your commission.

Please have some basic understanding of the use of unity and the SDK.

I uphold the right to share my work of your commission across social platforms (though I will ask beforand and respect your preference).

You may ask for small revisions such as minor changes and/or fixes (color change, adding one more small detail, ...) up to 10 days after the commission is finished.

I reserve the right to modify my terms of service at any given time without notice.

Do not claim any ownership of my textures and give credit where due!

As I am doing textures next to my job and studies, I will not work with strict deadlines.

Please do keep in mind that I work on textures in my free time, therefore, patience will be greatly appreciated. You can view the progress on my Trello or Discord WIP page. Spamming me can/will result in a cancellation of your commission.

The waiting time will vary depending on the complexity of your commission.

All pricing will be made in EUR.

Payment will be made through Paypal only.

I will require full payment upfront. If I do not own the model/assets used for your commission, I will require you to gift me a copy of said model prior to starting your commission.

Refunds are not available. If there is a scenario where the commission needs to be cancelled, a full or partial refund may be given depending on completion, those will be treated on a case by case basis.

Commissioners are required to provide an email for paypal invoicing. All personal information will be treated confidentially and won’t be disclosed to any third party.

You will receive an email including a quote that breaks down your commission from the model to additional asset work, a copy of my TOS as well as a paypal invoice for payment.
