By commissioning me, you automatically agree to my terms of service. A breach of these rules may result in a blacklist from my commissions.

I reserve the right to decline/refuse a commission.

Model Retextures, and slight Blender work (As I am learning Blender I can add simple changes onto avi’s: Tails, Ears, Etc.).

Reference Sheets are Not Needed, but Highly Encouraged (I will ask you for specific designs or other references to make a Mood Board/Reference Board).

Proof of ownership will be required for every model/asset that will be worked on.

I will NOT share SPP files/unity files unless arranged prior. I can gladly upload the avatar for you if needed.

Do not share/resell my work unless arranged prior.

Please have some basic understanding of the use of unity and the SDK.

I uphold the right to share my work of your commission across social platforms (though I will ask beforand and respect your preference).

You may ask for small revisions such as minor changes and/or fixes up to 10 days after the commission is finished.

I reserve the right to modify my terms of service at any given time without notice.

Do Not Claim any ownership of my Textures and give credit where due!

Wait times will vary depending on design complexity and cannot be guaranteed (I will communicate with you if the process takes longer than expected).

I can work with deadlines if it has been discussed prior.

All pricing will be made in USD.

An upfront payment of 50% is required, the rest of the payment will be done after the final WIP has been approved. I only accept Paypal.

Refunds are non-available as the final product will be digital. The same goes for cancellations (unless I've canceled the commission myself).

Invoices are sent VIA Paypal.

Commissioners are required to provide an email for paypal invoicing. All personal information will be treated confidentially and won’t be disclosed to any third party.

You will receive an email including a quote that breaks down your commission from the model to additional asset work, a copy of my TOS as well as a paypal invoice for payment.
